ULI Atlanta Awards for Excellence
The ULI Awards for Excellence program recognizes an outstanding real estate development project or initiative that exemplifies the ULI’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities. Eligible nominee projects must have been completed during the past three years, must be in stabilized operation, exemplify a sustainable model and have achieved market acceptance. The ULI Awards for Excellence program identifies and promotes best practices in all types of real estate development. The awards recognize the full development process of a project—construction, economic viability, marketing, and management—as well as design.
The Frank Carter Community Achievement Award
The Frank Carter Community Achievement Award is given to an individual in the field of real estate development or a related private sector area such as finance, planning, design or who has made an outstanding contribution in his or her lifetime to the metropolitan Atlanta region.
The Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award
The Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award is given to a leader within the non-profit/public sector who has made a significant contribution to promoting responsible land use in the metropolitan Atlanta region.
