About the Awards
The Urban Land Institute Atlanta District Council celebrates 17 years of recognizing outstanding leadership in development in the Southeast at the annual Development of Excellence Awards.
ULI is accepting nominations for awards in three categories relating to “best in class” real estate development. These awards are the Development of Excellence Awards, and two life-time achievement awards: the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award and the Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award. All awards will be presented at the ULI Atlanta District’s Annual Awards Dinner scheduled for September 15, 2011 at the lovely 200 Peachtree.
For 2011, all Development of Excellence winners must have been developed with sustainability in mind.
The annual Awards is one of the most esteemed nights where representatives from all avenues of our industry gather for great conversation, inspiring stories, delicious food and good laughs. Last year’s Awards’ Opener made a splash throughout the country, while ULI celebrated and made light amidst challenging times.

ULI is pleased to have Master of Ceremonies, Tripp Crosby, back to bring the laughs for this year’s program.
We hope you will join the 500 guests that will undoubtedly sell out this year’s dinner as we recognize the best within the Southeast!
